I went to a retail store the other day to purchase a new battery for my cordless drill got home and plugged it in to charge- would not charge so I returned the battery to the store and the clerk in the store wanted me to leave the battery to see if they could charge it. After thinking about it, I said I just wanted a refund and thought maybe my charger was bad. Long story short, I ordered a new charger, and a double back of rechargeable batteries from Amazon and got them today got them today, plugged them in and everything seems to be working fine, even the charger that I thought might be defective.
