I've had one pair in my shoes for several months now and there's no sign of them breaking down or coming apart at all, so they're pretty durable too.Good product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great to bring life back into old boots *by A***X on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 June 2018* Great product, although I don't know how long they will truly last, I have put them in my timbaland boots after the backs started to wear away and start eating through my socks like butter. They really add a lot of comfort due to the gel nature in them. I have given the 2 other pairs to my brother and girlfriend to put in their walking boots. Both giving me the same thoughts as my own. With this in mind it may be best hanging on to the additional 2 sets and replacing them as and when they wear out. Other than that they are great, comfy and easy to fit. Would definitely recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Nice design, disappointing stickiness *by T***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 April 2018* Nice that the "tongue" sits on the base of the shoe, under your heel, as the adhesive, as far as my experience goes, is poor: this is on a fabric liner, not leather, where my Achilles tendon meets the shoe. It might be better on a smooth leather lining, but it does not stick at all well to fabric. The "tongue" being held in place my by heel stops the padded part from slipping down, which is good. Shame the adhesive makes that so important. Other reviews have commented on the poor sticking quality of the insert. I cannot disagree.
