I give this review honestly and the fact that I did not pay for this item has not influenced my rating] I used this salt both for home cooking a meal of my own and on a couple of fish & chips meals. The flavour is much like regular table salt but has much less of an aftertaste. Having a lower sodium content, it's hugely beneficial to those who have to reduce their salt intake. The package is presented very nicely with the salt being in two jars along with there being a small salt shaker, a tote bag and a green salt sample. I found the salt to be somewhat finer than most table salt grains, almost akin to the indigestion salts you took back in the day. The jar screw threads are somewhat finicky so you have to be take care to close the lid properly on the jar as the salt does take on water vapour from the air easily. Despite minor annoyances with the jars, the salt is a really nice product.
