    Made my hair silk after hard water damage AND bleaching

OMG this product is a life saver. I have hard water plus I get my hair bleached and dyed blue. This past time my hair was bleached it left it a knotted, terrible, dry, tangled mess. It was like straw and just breaking off and falling off from me staring at it in the mirror, didnt even have to touch it for breakage, there was zero elasticity in my hair left. I went home and immediately panicked and did a coconut oil mask on my hair overnight. It helped some but I needed something and FAST before I lost anymore hair. Thanks to this product, my hair is silky perfection like it originally was. I will continue to use it!

Terrible product!!! Do not waste your money. I have bleached hair, it is not particularly damaged or dry as it was only a single process and I take very good care of it. My hair has never felt as dry as after this mask!!! I was horrified!!! I’ve never had my hair be so tangled and dry in my life!! It even dried out my hands!!!  Plus the scent is overpowering and very chemical smelling.

This is my first time ever purchasing this product, so I'm not sure if it comes with any prepackaging. This one came without any prepackaging or seal, but the product feels thick and legit. I think it's helping my hair, but who knows lol. I like it and will keep using it because of the feel of the product. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is mine looked different (see photo) and I like to know exactly what I'm buying beforehand... as in how it looks. This helps reassure the authenticity of a product.
