We have been using this desk for four months now and LOVE it. We wanted a desk that would go in our second bedroom office and fit our spacial needs but didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on an expensive desk. This desk is GREAT. It took my husband and I about three hours to put it together. It has not bowed or absorbed any condensation from cups (although we try to be mindful and use coasters). The drawers are smooth and the cabinet for the computer tower is a good size. We opted to leave the back of the computer cabinet open though to prevent it from over heating. The only drawback is that the charging station is kind of lame. It's at an awkward angle so you can't use your phone while it's charging and just connects into the computer (which can be achieved via the USB hub anyway).Overall I would buy this again. It was exactly what I wanted and will likely last as long as I need it to.*UPDATE* After almost a full year after buying this desk we decided to make our master bedroom into an office/craft room and our office into our tiny bedroom. I bought this desk again. WE MOVED THIS DESK from one room to the other. Was it fun? No. Advice to those who know you'll have to move it out of the room you're assembling it in: take the top off and disconnect it into two pieces at the center support. We put this desk through a lot of abuse trying to move it without taking it apart and the only damage that resulted was one of the metal supports busting through the board and we were asking for it (you can't even see it now that's it's reassembled). After all that this desk is still beautiful. After my husband using it for a whole year it has some minor scratches that are not very noticeable. No marks from his mouse and no bowing anywhere. Assembling these bad boys was AWFUL. There are no written directions- just pictures. BUT IT'S WORTH IT!!
