Review: Order these candles! - I ordered two of these candles and received them last week, very quick delivery. They are great! We've had a problem with mosquitoes this summer and have used several things to deter them and these candles noticeably help with the problem. Also, they smell wonderful with their mix of citronella, mint and lavender, so much so, that I will continue to order them well after the summer season/mosquito problem has passed. They also burn slowly which is a bonus and will make them last much longer than others we have tried. They have a nice design to them also, the glass mason jar doesn't get so hot it's hard to move while burning as so many outside citronella candles are placed in metal containers and the simple design of their label looks nice on our outdoor tables. You can't go wrong with this purchase, trust me, if I'm writing this long of a review on a candle, it's because we've wasted money on some bad choices and just happy we've finally solved our problem!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: can you use inside your home ? also does this candle work for other types of insects in the home ?**
A: I’m sorry but I have no idea if you could use it in your home or if it works on other types of insects. All I can tell you is that it worked great out on my patio table. It is not an offensively smelling candle. And as it is non-toxic I would assume it is safe to use in your home.

**Q: How do you light it after first time when wick disappears?**
A: I haven't had that problem.  I would think that if you take a toothpick or tip of a knife that you'd be able to pry the wick up in order to light it.....then I'd tip the jar and drain it into an empty can (tuna, vegetables, soup, etc.) and then you should be okay.

**Q: What is the wick made of?**
A: All of our wicks are natural braided cotton.

**Q: What is the size of the candle?**
A: The glass is 3.75” high and has a diameter of 3.25”. Burning now. Nice scent and no mosquito present.

Also, they smell wonderful with their mix of citronella, mint and lavender, so much so, that I will continue to order them well after the summer season/mosquito problem has passed. They also burn slowly which is a bonus and will make them last much longer than others we have tried. They have a nice design to them also, the glass mason jar doesn't get so hot it's hard to move while burning as so many outside citronella candles are placed in metal containers and the simple design of their label looks nice on our outdoor tables. I really like this candle. I only have one problem with it. I may be doing something wrong but it seems that the wick is too short. My husband and I had to go to an elaborate process of adding another wick like material to it for the candle to burn properly. Now that is gone and I am trying to find ways to continue to use the candle as it is only half way gone. Other than that, all was well. The scent is the best!
