The only issue comes when removing it. If you just peel it off or try ripping it off like a band-Aid it will hurt like a #%&$! Grok suggested using olive or cooking oil and soaking the tape for 5 to 10 minutes before removing. Also, peel the tape level with the skin, not up and away. Just like the brand name tape. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sticks well (maybe too well) *by on Reviewed in the United States November 14, 2025* Works great, so sticky it stayed on for the 3 days I used them, including showering, working out, etc. The only problem is that it's SO sticky, it leaves residue behind that won't come off for weeks. It hurts so badly to remove them if they're not coming off on their own. I had to take them off after 3 days becuase I was going to a wedding and they would show, it felt like I was ripping my skin off, then the residue stayed there (looking gross and dirty) for literally weeks.
