I was installing this in a receptacle box from 1980. Those boxes were TINY, and considering it had 3 Romex wires already in there, all 12 gauge, there was no way I could fit this thing in that box.So I ended up getting a 2 gang box, and used Wago wire nuts to take up as little space as possible. Once I had all that in place, it was super easy to install. It comes with its own wires sticking out, which are easy to use with a wire nut, but less convenient (in my opinion) than just using the traditional screw terminal.USB C charging speed is very fast (by my standards) and I'm quite satisfied with the product overall. It's kinda spendy, but worth doing if you need both USB and GFCI protection in one device.Important: The USB C is not powerful enough to charge a laptop. I knew this already, just warning you not to make a mistake.
