Ok contents are a box and 3 suction cups how hard can it be. Ok so I open the box to 5 suction cups 2 which were melted and unusable. Some fit but also slip back out(see pics) as they had holes. That would be great if there were pins to hold them in. I had to use Bobbie pins I found. The others cups ends are too big and it's hard plastic so you cant get it in the hole to make fit.. Let me get instructions... oh that's right there isnt any so I dont even know if these were correct. Besides all those annoying issues I'm keeping it because birds and squirrels do like itmIf you are the seller reading this. There is one big problem - the suction cups do not stay attached to the feeder. To correct this issue, I made cotter pins from paper clips and then inserted the pin through the pre-drilled hole in the suction cup. Once the pin ends are spread apart, the suction cup is permanently attached to the feeder. (See photos) Clean the window glass and suction cups well before you attach the suction cups and feeder to the window. The feeder will stay affixed to the glass.This could be a 5 star product and a great value but sadly it’s not. A buyer should not have to improve the product design just to get the item to work as advertised. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful product.
