The “flame effect” is relaxing and realistic, particularly in a room with a more modern style. It was exactly what we wanted for our seaside apartment, particularly when we would use it in the winter when a cosy ambience is all important. We were keen to have a log effect; when supplied, the fire was delivered with a white stone effect. That was not to our taste, but there was no problem in replacing with the log effect, and we are very pleased with this.
