[Howe to reuse] After washing with running water, drain and use immediately or dry in a clean place avoiding direct sunlight before use. It is recommended to dry with a UV sterilizer. The period of use may vary depending on the use or drying methods.

These did not work for me, I tried two different sizes and they were both really rough on nostrils. I had to take them out after just 15 minutes because they hurt too much.

Definitely not quality like I thought they would be. I got the large size since my nostrils are a little longer. Theyre a bit uncomfortable and not worth the price. Its a small piece of plastic and a couple of small sponges that dont cover much.
