**Q: Did yours come with a usb cable?   mine did not.  none in the box.**
A: Mine came with a USB cable.

**Q: How long will it light after being charged?**
A: Mine did not hold a charge when not plugged in.

**Q: So no rechargeable batteries are with the lamp and it only works when plugged in. Until we purchase rechargeable batteries separately, right?**
A: The first lamp I got had directions to charge the lamp for a certain number of hours with a cable (included) but even after a full day charging the battery wouldn't illuminate the lamp for more than a second when not plugged in.  the replacement lamp didn't include a cable so I just returned it.  I think this is a cute idea but a really badly made product with no quality control.

This is so pretty and I love that it is USB chargeable!  It's not too bright for a nightlight and I keep it in my livingroom in case I work at night and don't want all the bright lights on.  I like it so much that I got the matching CD/DVD case to match!

This phone booth lamp is much better than I expected. It is larger than I thought it would be and works perfectly. The lamp is USB powered and rechargeable meaning it does not have to be connected to a power source if charged prior to use. It is also touch activated. Tap to power on and tap to power off. I am thoroughly pleased with this product. I originally bought it to recreate the Ministry of Magic phone booth from HP and now I am having second thoughts about making any modifications to it . Definitely recommend!
