Also you have to be very careful to have the item full close when it starts. if the markings are wrong and you now have it full open you will lose all your soap in just a few seconds. Companys custmor service is top notch. Product just works right out of the box. Gives you a real soap foam just like you get when you go to a car wash. There are a couple adjustment on the gun for water flow/soap flow and for the direction you want to foam to come out, horizontal/vertical. Be sure after you use it to empty the soap and fill with water to rinse the gun out real good so it keeps performing for the next time you use it ### ⭐ Leaks from the supplied male quick disconnect. Total Junk! *by C***T on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on August 1, 2019* My Rydell foam cannon arrived with the supplied male quick disconnect barely screwed into the cannon body with an o-ring pinched under it. The o-ring promptly blew out sideways and so it sprays high pressure water sideways all over the user. I believe that a new o-ring, if properly installed into the counter bore of the body instead of just riding under the quick disconnect fitting, might not leak but I'm not willing to spend hours in hardware stores buying o-rings with this and that cross sectional diameter (no doubt metric is required due to the Chinese origin of manufacture) to experiment with fixing it.The unit also arrived with a card asking the buyer to contact Rydell from the purchase webpage in the case of any dissatisfaction with the product but I'm tried of trying to figure out how to contract Rydell.
