(Not due to the way Amazon packaged it.) When I opened the original box with the candle, it was covered in bubble wrap but the top of the moving wick was jammed up against the top of the box. One of the candles worked perfect, but the other one may have suffered minor damage due to the moving wick being so close to the top of the box, and might have been had pressure applied causing the wick not to function properly. One wick will barely rock and the other candle's wick rocks like a real burning flame. I really do appreciate the look of the candle and it looks good inside the lantern, but these candles should really be inside of a box a bit taller to protect the wick from damage. ### ⭐ Don't get them!
