He is deaf and blind, and had to turn his cats over to my sister when he went into his first assisted living home. He "sees" them often, but he carries his baby lioness everywhere. It's truly a miracle to see him smiling and holding his baby. So, I bought one for myself, but a bigger one. I carry it all over the house, making my four cats jealous! I would recommend this soft squishy and beautiful lioness to anyone! Elderly family members or loved ones need something to hold and pet to keep them grounded and in reality. The staff at his nursing home just love him and his baby, and it helps to connect them with him as a human being. Thank you so very much.UPDATE: My Dad passed away a week ago.
