For those who don't know what "buddy tape" is I will explain how it typically works without these handy straps. You take the affected finger and tape it to the finger next to it above and below the knuckle and you need to put gauze or some other material between your fingers to absorb moisture and prevent rubbing. What happens is your finger is splinted to a buddy finger to give it some support without restricting the joint. It provides protection while allowing it to heal. I have a tendon injury to my finger that does not require surgery and this protects it from sideways movement so that it can heal on its own and isn't painful. These splints have been wonderful and unlike the messy tape and gauze I can quickly and easily remove it to wash my hands and shower. The tape and gauze used to get wet and I would have to redo it several times a day which was a real inconvenience. These straps are so easy to put on and remove which I can do on my own with one hand. They allow the joint to still bend which prevents stiffening of the joint and loss of function. They are very comfortable, slightly padded and help my pain. These straps are easily washable/hang to dry and can be used over and over again. This multi pack will last a very long time.I highly recommend these if you do not need to immobilize your finger to prevent bending the joint. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Msybe i didnt know ehat i was doing but didn't support fingets *by L***S on September 2, 2025* Returned didn't correct my torn tendon problem ### ⭐ Not big enough for female index/ middle finger *by D***E on February 21, 2025* Does not work for me. Medium sized female, 5ft 5in, 140lbs. Typical female hand and fingers. They are too wide to fit on knuckles/ joints. When they are cut in half, as suggested, then not enough of strap end is left to stay stuck to the velcro. Straps not long enough to strap securely around index and middle finger.
