It's small, quiet, and can centerfuge different size of tubes. I had an issue with the power adapter. It broke from the back input and I contact customer service about it. The machine still works perfectly and I just needed a replacement for the adapter. They got back to me and they are replacing the power adaptor that broke! I was worry that I would have to buy a new machine.
