This magnet is much stronger than I thought itd be. I was able to mount my Remington 870 steel framed shotgun on it. I ran into a bit of trouble trying balance the weight since the weight of the gun but after some adjustments i was able to get it to stick to the magnet with no issue. tape could be stronger but i just decided to use the screws instead. Ill prob get one more of these in the future to mount with my bedside glock 19 for quick access.

Rock solid mount for your guns, knifes or anything you need quick access too.  It comes with screws and 3m double sided foam tape for mounting.  Textured and rubberized so it wont damage firearms!!

I like it .. mounted a 9 right next to my bedroom door on the trim.  Seems to me it needs more than drywall so screws would not pull out.  Holds nicely when mounted properly..
