Mine came with the screen. It was installed about 6 months ago and is working great. No fading that I can tell. This is a great price on this lamp and shipping was quick. I've bookmarked this item for future purchase if needed.Update: Bought this lamp in July 2012 and it went out in December, 2013. A life of 17 months. So, I bought cheaper after market. Burned out last night.... 5 months! You pay and pay for the after market products. I'm reordering this one tonight. However, two years of life is expected, so I lowered my rating of this product by only one instead of two stars because this is a great new price!If you know of a longer lasting lamp, please give a shout. This was a much better fix then paying $256+ dollars for the same items from Mitsubishi. However, the product does not come with the screws needed to secure it to the TV, so much sure you save the old one and use those. Also on my TV, the replacement light for the lamp will not turn off.
