When filling if you lie it flat spanning the sink (I lie it on a chopping board so I can get the opening under the cold tap, put your fingers through the handle and raise it slightly and you can easily get 2l in there, the screw the cap on while holding it in that position and voila. I recently walked Skafell Pike with it , it fits into most standard hydration packs and the mouth piece is comfortable and drip free .
