It is tasteless and the dose is very small so it mixes into to any liquid without clumping up or modifying the flavor of your beverage. It is so simple and easy to use. It comes with a little scoop and there are 200 servings in the 100g tub. It is a bit pricy for a supplement but in my mind, it is like paying less than $28 per month because it is a bulk purchase. Other similar supplements in capsule form are the same price or more for a one month supply and are not as convenient in my opinion. I take a flavored magnesium drink every day so I have been adding this powder in and it is working out great. As I age, I am more concerned with my health and I am trying to eat right and take in adequate amounts of antioxidants through supplementation. I had always wanted to try trans-resveratrol.
