This was one of the reasons I purchased it as hard plastic with friction tends to scratch the $650+ watch and TPU doesn't. Cuts are precise and fits perfectly. Purchased this before receiving my watch and since I put it on I haven't taken it out. I have other covers but this one looks great with many bands and protects very well my watch and considering the price it can't get a lot better.
