When it works, it pulverizes everything you put in it. When it doesn’t work, Ninja stands by their products and takes care of the issue. It's battery operated, charges via usb-c, and took about two hours to charge. Since I just got it, I don't know how many smoothies it will make on one charge. People say around 20, so we'll find out in a few weeks. The attachable cup used to blend is also used to drink out of, which is really very convenient. The only thing that could be improved is that the cup doesn't have a bottom cap, so if you don't want to pour it into another cup, you have to leave the base attached while you drink. Not a problem, since it's small and relatively light, but it would still be nice to have a bottom cap for the cup so that it can be removed and used as a normal cup without the base.
