I only drank juice and water the first day and today the scale showed that I was 4 pounds lighter. Review: Success - The juices came sooner than expected. I purchased the 7-day cleanse and the juice arrived in a large, styrofoam lined box. The juices were frozen solid. It was heavy and awkward to move, so if you're a small person you might need to open the box and move the juices in multiple armfulls. Since the juice arrived early, I wasn't ready to start the cleanse yet so they waited in the freezer for 2 weeks. I'm not a big juice person so I was surprised that I loved the taste of every juice. The beet was my favorite. As recommended, I defrosted them a day ahead in the refrigerator which takes longer than 24 hours. They were very icy so it took me awhile to drink each bottle. I think because of that I wasn't able to drink 6 juices a day. I ended up drinking 4 and supplementing with vegetable broth. This enabled me to extend the cleanse for a few extra days. From past experience I was worried about losing hair from lack of fat and protein so I added a vegetable based protein powder to one or two of the juices each day and I added some coconut oil to the broth, which I had once a day. I don't know that there is any science-based reasoning for these cleanses. I did it for psychological reasons. I'd gained 50 lbs over the course of one year and felt miserable and stuck. I'd also just finished a course of radiation treatment for breast cancer. My reasoning was that doing this juice cleanse would give me a fresh start toward health and I feel like it really did. After 9 days I had lost 9 pounds. I ended the cleanse a few days ago and I haven't gained any of the weight back. I only felt seriously hungry once during all those days and it was in the middle of the night on day 3. I woke up and ate a handful of peanuts and I was fine. I feel better than I've felt in months. I felt energized after the first few days. If I'd been more active I would have lost even more weight. I've got 40 more pounds to lose so I'm about to start a Keto diet and a new fitness program. I recommended these juices.

The juice arrived quickly and still frozen. Wow!!! These taste absolutely delicious! The ingredients are literally juice and filtered water. I only drank juice and water the first day and today the scale showed that I was 4 pounds lighter. The juices came sooner than expected. I purchased the 7-day cleanse and the juice arrived in a large, styrofoam lined box. The juices were frozen solid. It works if you follow the guidelines! Sorry this is long but I had questions before buying so I hope I can help someone decide if this is what they are looking for. I did the 3 day cleanse from Thursday to Saturday (I work in an office so low activity). Monday-Wednesday I ate clean and focused on fruits and veggies as the box suggests. I had a lot of broccoli, quinoa, smoothies, salmon. I cut bread, dairy and sugars to prepare for the cleanse. The first day was the hardest. I was hungry but in a bored/habit way which is what I am trying to change to help me lose/maintain my goal weight. The first day I did eat a banana and a few pieces of broccoli because I was so exhausted and hungry when I got home from work. I went straight to bed. The second day was much easier. I did not wake up hungry and I did not think about food as much, I did have a few pieces of broccoli just to chew on something when I got home from work, I was not as tired this day. Saturday was the last day and I stayed busy at home doing laundry and groceries for the upcoming week. Still tried to keep the activity low. Was not hungry and only had black coffee. No food. I weighed myself everyday and drank water with lemon everyday. I lost 3.4 pounds, I feel less bloated and ready to eat better and I’m excited to exercise now that I can eat real food. This helps to kickstart eating cleaner and it is all about your mindset. Today I am eating a veggie omelet for breakfast and I’m savoring every bite (haha). Oh and by the way it did not cause me to have diarrhea. I had normal bowel habits, did not go more than usual for me. I did urinate a lot but that is because of all the fluid. The flavors are ok. My favorite were cool greens and citrus carrot. The sweet roots (with beets) was the worst. I chugged that one each time so I did not have to dwell on the flavor. I ended up having 3 juices left because I only had 5 per day instead of 6. Overall, I got the results I expected and I’m ready to see some more results in my diet and exercise. This helped me get started.
