Great customer service and the effort made impressed me. The bracelet is good quality and worth the price.I really wanted to love this gift for my mother who is dying of cancer. I bought this for her for a Christmas gift. When it arrived I opened it (thankfully) to inspect it. Sad to discover that the black inside the letters was not there at the end of the sentence making the words hard to read. I tried to get a replacement but it was not an option. Only a refund, which doesn't mean much when I can't get her a good one before Christmas. I'm disappointed that something as important as the words, were hard to make out because of something like that. They should be inspected before being allowed to be shipped.
