So, unlike my prior scale, I don't need to even look down at the display & try to quickly write down all the numbers before they disappear. Open the FitIndex app on your phone. Set phone nearby. Step on scale w/ bare feet. Within 5 secs, it is done! A tone on your phone tells you that the measurement is complete. The display on the scale does show the numbers, but I don't bother looking.
