This receiver only has LINE OUT levels (labeled Rec Out). I do not recommend running a separate power amp. The sound quality from this receiver is actually quite good. Unfortunately the cooling fan that runs automatically is very loud. At moderate listening levels this unit is unacceptable. I returned my unit. I also own older Azur 840 V2, an excellent Integrated Amplifier. Opposite of the AXR-100, it does not have an annoying fan. It runs very hot however. It cannot be located in any type of cabinet. It will overheat and shut off if put in a cabinet. It is well built and a true dual mono Integrated Amp. The current version is the Azur 851A. The Edge A is their newest and supposedly best unit but I have not heard it or the 851A. Cambridge can produce high sound quality products at affordable prices but you will have to deal with the quirks that come with them. **Q: Can you play a&b at the same time?** A: Yes you can play A, B, or AB. I have my speakers bi-amped using AB. **Q: Is the rca record out put tied to a specific input? or, does it output the signal from all sources?** A: The record player you own is to be connected to the designated input on the Cambridge AXR100. If your question is related to the possibility of connecting something else to this input such as a tape player I assume the AXR 100 would be able to work with it. For a more technical answer to your question I suggest you contact the Cambridge web site. **Q: Anyone have tried it to pair with Polk audio rtia3?0** A: No. But I have listened to this receiver with a pair of Polk S15s.
