The first time I followed the instructions of the amount to use and personally it was a little too strong for me (I prefer less of an earthy taste). I cut back to just over a teaspoon of mix to use in my 12oz and 16oz lattes and think it’s perfect! I like to add ice, milk and almond or vanilla syrup and 👌! I also purchased a $6 handheld milk frother wand off desertcart to do the mixing and I feel like my own barista! I would occasionally treat myself to a matcha latte at local coffee stands and also Starbucks from $7-$9 a pop! Now I can make my own for way less! So happy I found this brand! BUY IT!!!
