It certainly does! I am a 40 B bust, 5' 7", 180lbs and always wear an XL, and sometimes an XXL depending on the brand/cut. Based on reviews I decided to order a large instead. So glad I did! It is actually a little big on me, but not enough to send it back for a medium because then it would be too short at the waist.The two ties that hang down are VERY LONG! When untied they reach down to my knees and hang eleven inches from the bottom of the blouse! I had to knot-tie them three times before they looked a reasonable length.I appreciate the roomy, draping arm cut so if you have thicker upper arms, not to worry. The nice thing about it being a little roomy is that it's very light and flow-y. The blouse is very lightweight and soft, but the material (95% poly and 5% spandex) is NOT forgiving in heat/humidity! The color and floral pattern is beautiful! Looks much prettier in person than on a computer screen. I tried it on with a pair of white linen pants and took three photos to show the tie length (tied and untied) and one from the back with arms out to the side so you can see the sleeve cut. This blouse is very delicate so I only hand wash in the sink with Woolite and lay flat to dry. (I think a washing machine would chew it up and spit it out, even on a delicate setting.) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buy this top, you won't regret it! *by M***N on May 20, 2018* Great purchase for the price. Received many compliments. I normally wear a L or XL and a Large was even a bit big on me. It is a flowy loose fitting top and I plan to purchase another color but will try a Medium next time. The White is not too see through and I wore a tan bra underneath and it was not visible, something I appreciate in a top. I usually wear a large so I ordered a medium and it is way too big. I know it's supposed to be flowy but the fit was huge and looked ridiculous, like a flowery tent. I thought about exchanging it for a small, however, I think the small would also be too big.
