First, was the way they were packaged.. Each utensil was in it's own plastic sleeve to prevent damage in transit.. Second, was the quality of the workmanship. You can see, just by looking at each one that they will be around for quite some time. Third, they seemed to OVER emphasize the fact the utensils should NOT be put in the dish washer. They are to be washed by hand. I know why as I do have Bamboo items now that have been thru a Dishwasher cycle or two. They still work but they have lost there luster... I have yet to use any of the utensils, but know I will be pleased with there performance as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ She really liked them.
