It's heavy, hard to get off, and if you dare fall asleep with it on you'll wake up having lost a bunch of lashes. Do yourself a favor and buy a different L'Oreal mascara- maybe go with a different company all together. **Q: is it long wear?will it be messed up if i go to pool?** A: if you go in the pool it won't come off. but if you're in the pool and you come up from the water to rub your eyes... the mascara will smudge after rubbing a few times. other than that, the mascara is GREAT and won't smudge at all **Q: What does one do if one receives a counterfeit product?** A: Hi, thank you for reaching out to L'Oreal regarding the Voluminous Millions Lashes Waterproof Mascara. If you think your product is counterfeit we suggest you contact Amazon's Return Center. **Q: How do you take this off? I have it and can barely remove it.** A: I use Almay Eyemakeup Remover Pads -- NOT the oil free kind. Those work great.
