Cut down on cellulite belly fat, side ( love Handles) and back. Apply and go walking for atleast 3-4 KM's everyday.. Person weighing 80kgs turned to 69 kgs in 30 days.As you lose weight you feel good, so walk more. Brisk walk whenever possible.Applying and sitting home, eating chats, samosa's, and junk food wouldn't work..Apply, tight wrap with cling film around belly with tissues in the lower part to absorb sweat, and feel the heat..You will love it..
