I'm mostly using it for mixing medium sized batches of no-knead bread dough and it's perfect for that (typically for one large loaf at a time). It's a 9" whisk but there are designs with longer handles, which some people may prefer, perhaps for larger amounts of dough. But ergonomically this 9" design is very comfortable for me, as the handle is shaped well and allows a grip at a lower point than the longer handles.
