Time will tell if they benefit me; it's still too early to draw any conclusions. If you're sensitive to bitterness, these might not be for you. They took some getting used to, and I only eat 5 to 7 at a time. I keep reminding myself that consuming these kernels will ultimately be good for me. Just a word of caution: I bit down on what I thought was a kernel and it turned out to be a fruit pit of some sort - hard as a rock. The image I've included shows three kernels and the fruit pit. It's larger in size, but doesn't appear all that different from the kernels, does it?
