I ordered it from desertcart, and it came in quite quickly. When I received it, I charged it up, tuned it and then attempted to turn it on. Nothing was happening, seemed like the electronics were not working. I was somewhat annoyed, but figured I would just send it back and order a new one. Imagine my surprise when I was told by desertcart that I would have to pay for shipping for the return, which would have been fairly substantial. At the same time I had reached out to Enya and told them of my problem. I received an email back within a few hours with a description of fixes I could try to get the guitar working. At this point I was not a happy consumer; it would cost me a lot of money to ship back, or I could become a guitar tech and perhaps completely destroy the electronics. I made my unhappiness known to the contact at Enya, and they then made a very nice offer. They told me to keep the guitar I had and they would send me a new one, free of charge. This all occurred in under a day. I was very happy with this solution, I thought it went above and beyond good customer relations. I received the new guitar today. It worked straight out of the box, played very well, and the programmable effects were very cool. I downloaded the app and adjusted some of the effects, and found out that the app is very easy to use and full of good information. For a small guitar, this has a loud, clean sound, tons of sustain, and is very playable. I will probably put lighter strings on it, but that is my personal preference. I plugged it in to one of my powered speakers, and it sounded fantastic. It's got me looking at the X4 pro now........ So it was a rough start, but Enya made it good, very quickly. I would have no hesitation buying from them again, and the effects are so fun to work with, I'm sure I will be playing a lot more than usual. Overall, an excellent guitar with a company that stands behind its product! ## Features - PREMIUM CARBON FIBER AT AFFORDABLE PRICE: Experience the superior stability and durability of carbon fiber construction at a fraction of competitor prices. The X3 Pro Mini Guitar delivers professional-grade sound quality and temperature/ humidity resistance that traditional wooden guitars can't match, all while remaining accessible to musicians at every level. No compromises on quality, just revolutionary value. - BUILT-IN STUDIO EFFECTS & WIRELESS SPEAKER: Revolutionary SP1 pickup system gives you INSTANT ACCESS to professional reverb, chorus, delay and wah effects with simple one-touch controls - NO EXTERNAL PEDALS OR AMPS NEEDED! The rechargeable system (30+ hours battery life) doubles as a wireless speaker for backing tracks or music playback. Perfect for street performances, recording sessions, or practice anywhere. - SUPERIOR RESONANCE & COMFORT: Featuring proprietary R.S.B Carbon technology and an innovative body design that amplifies resonance by 50% compared to traditional wooden guitars. The precision-engineered carbon fiber top maximizes string vibration transfer for rich, balanced tones across all frequencies. The ergonomic contoured back ensures comfortable playing for hours, whether sitting or standing, making it ideal for travel, performance, or practice. - INNOVATIVE ELEVATED NECK DESIGN: Our patented elevated neck construction is an intentional premium feature that enhances sound quality, not a defect. Experience the full spectrum of tonal possibilities that traditional neck designs simply cannot achieve. - COMPLETE PREMIUM PACKAGE: Your X3 Pro Mini comes ready to play with everything you need: a professional-grade padded gig bag for superior protection, instrument cable for amplification, precision adjustment wrench for personalized setup, and USB Type-C charging cable for the built-in effects system.
