At some point in the video they mention a product called adhesive polystyrene (I think). You calculate the circumference that you want and also the height. From there you buy the adhesive stiff plastic that you will cover with fabric (or whatever you like) using the measurements you want, such as 12 1/2 inches high (in case you need something to fold around the metal rings at the top and bottom) by the circumference. You can calculate that yourself. Circumference is equal to the diameter multiplied by pi ( π = 3.14 ).
