I ordered this one on a whim (out of curiosity). I must say that I am really thrilled with this one. The fabric is much softer and the velcro straps are positioned in a way that allows the device to close more fully (and more comfortably) around my neck.Early on, the bulb became disconnected from the hose. I was able to easily attach it. However, I found that if I left it unattached, I could simply blow into the hose and the device filled in only one or two breaths – in seconds rather than minutes. I am not a germ phoebe, but this method may not appeal to others who are. The bulb is durable and well constructed, but I am choosing to keep it in a drawer.So far, I have not had a problem with leakage. I have had it less than a month, but use it several times a day – it really helps when my hands become numb.Hope this helps. The plastic is just too sharp. Herniated discs are already in enough pain....they don't need extra hits! LOL. Will rely on my chiropractor's decompression machine and my inversion machine when needing decompression. I truly think that yoga, posture, awareness, and being careful have helped my neck a lot.
