Nylon/polyamide?** A: sorry i'm not really sure but what i can say is it's lovely quality, i used mine to make some armbands to cover up scars it was just a case of measuring my arms cutting lace plus an extra inch & then just sewing up one seam & they fit like a glove & look really stylish so i keep buying different colours to colour match my outfits a great way to cover up scars, blemishes etc. **Q: Does it stretch in all directions? If not, which direction is the stretch - lengthwise or width?** A: Hi. It really is beautiful stuff & wonderful colours. It stretches quite a lot lengthwise with alittke bit of movement widthwise. I made a band to go round my arm to cover some bad scars following a fall one summer. It was about 6 inch deep & fit reay snug. They were priced between £4 & £8 each. I was thrilled and ordered 2 of the cheapest ones as they all looked the same to me. The arrived in quicksticks & were lovely, made to measure of an elasticated lace which i had never come across before, lots of colours too. But then & i'm sure you know what's coming, a couple of nights ago whilst looking for some shearing elastic, i came across this lace.
