For an earlier generation, it was star wars, but for me, It was lord of the rings. The first movie came out when I was about 5, and I become completely enamored with it. Honestly, there are a lot of parallels between the two franchises. The biggest is a clear delineation between the "bad guys" and the "good guys" and a big, super awesome fight for the survival of "free peoples". Anywho, this Uruk-hai action figure is simply amazing. However, be warned that out of the box this figure is going to be a bit stiff at the joints. Be careful with it at first or I promise you you will break it in some way. I had to use a hairdryer to warm up the leg swivels but once I got everything moving I've had no problems or complaints with it. Articulation is pretty nice, it's kinda tricky to get the center of balance just right at first, but that goes with any figure. Especially for $30.
