The metalwork is getting rusted, and I'm having trouble closing up the umbrella, plus a couple of the spines are buckling. Disappointing!Second edit: the umbrella totally fell apart during a big windy rainstorm. It turned inside out and then collapsed on me and would not re-open. I had to duck into a store to buy a new one, just to get home. I tossed the Rainlax one into a nearby garbage can--it did not seem repairable.original review: I'm always looking for a small umbrella that's light and easy to carry, but usually that means they're shoddily constructed, and prone to breakage. So far this one has been much better than I expected, especially for the price. For the size, it's quite sturdy, and I've used it several times with no problem. The wide choice of colors is great--I lost my last umbrella because it was black like everyone else's, and someone picked it up mistakenly and stuck me with their broken one. However, in heavier rain mine leaks from where the ribs touch the fabric of the umbrella.
