It is well made and with the 4 bolt design it fit my spindle plate great. It is not self centering but that is fine with me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good 4" independent 4 jaw chuck for the price *by P***N on October 15, 2025* This is an unbranded K72-100 independent four jaw mystery chuck. I could find no manufacturer in China or elsewhere related to “Yunnergo” and the seller on Amazon is a general import-export company. The origin is most likely China from either the Zhedong Machine Tool Company or perhaps Sanou, but one can only guess. That said, it appears to be a reasonably good chuck for the price. It uses a 6 mm key rather than the 8 mm key on my Sanou 3 jaw chuck, and lacks an oiler port. This chuck uses four mounting bolts rather than 3 with my other chuck, but the spindle backing plate on my 8x16 minilathe has a total of 6 holes spaced to fit both 3 and 4 hole chucks. As other reviewers have stated, the included bolts are useless since there is less than 20 mm clearance behind the backing plate on my lathe. I purchased some M8-1.25 x 35 mm hex socket grub screws and matching nuts to mount it and those worked fine. The jaws fit cleanly and operation of this chuck is smooth. Neither the chuck body nor any of the individual jaws are numbered, so I will stamp my own after optimizing in setup. The runout of this chuck was about 0.0005”.
