A: Dear Customer, a 2-scoop serving of ESSENTIAL AMINO ENERGY provides 100 mg of caffeine from natural sources and a 5-gram blend of 14 different amino acids. A 1-scoop serving of ON INSTANTIZED BCAA POWDER provides 5 grams of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine to Isoleucine and Valine. Fat burning is accomplished with exercise. Caffeine can help, but is not a substitute for eating a healthy, balanced diet and getting regular exercise.
