Review: Fidget toy/slider/multtool? Hmm. Up to you. - Received mine today. My first venture into a so called fidget toy. Is it well made. Well it’s solidly built, either powder coated or anodised. The surface is smooth texture but the moving surfaces scratch across each other over a short time. I say it isn’t a slider because the parts don’t slide at least not in the usual sense of back and forth but the two arms rotate in a 180 degree arc to reveal the dull edge blade referred to a a crow bar. This is almost sharp enough to open packages and can be used as a pry bar. I think it will scratch and scuff if used that way. I did not find it very good for opening a package sealed with tape. It has a bottle opener tool and small spanner and gas cylinder valve nut turner. I’d say it’s an okay fidget tool but really that satisfying. The arms can cling around but it ain’t like a switch blade as some people have written. It’s a bit clumsy and short for that. I’d say it’s a limited multitool that could be used as pry bar, a scraper, bottle opener, cylinder valve tool with small but recessed 1/4 inch spanner. For the relatively low cost and compactness it’s not a bad buy but don’t expect a premium feel, satisfying slider fidget toy. It’s a bit noisy when the arms are flicked back so you will not be using it in a boring ,meeting at work without getting a nasty look. Review: My New Addiction - Easily my favorite piece. Has a nice weight to it. The finish is nice too and I’ve already been using it as a tool as well which is a bonus. It is a bit noisey as you fidget with it so it’s more something to use in your own company as it may aggravate others. Other than that it’s very satisfying to fiddle with. Especially when you get the hang of it! When I pull this out to open a beer it’s sure to strike a conversation. As for the build, the black screws will come undone. What I did to resolve it was sprinkle a little banking soda in the hollow end and put a drop of super glue in it and screwed it back together. Yes, it’s tedious but it hasn’t come undone since. But yeah—get yourself one! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Disappointing *by A***E on 10 April 2025* The overall feel and weight of the fidget toy is not bad, but as most people have mentioned the screws on mine also fell out within a few minutes and needed superglue to keep it in place. Due to its small size and magnets at the bottom of the handles doing tricks with it feels limited in some ways. But if you like snapping your wrist to flick and close things this will scratch that itch.
