The ingredients include collagen, panthenol, niacinamide and peptides and I found them to be effective in giving my skin a healthy glow while helping to diminish fine lines and wrinkles, a tightening of skin especially in the neck area, and making my skin feel soft and smooth. I've been using the product both in the mornings before applying foundation and at night after removing all makeup. Sometimes we expect products that cost more to deliver more results, and this product is a little pricey, but I have to say the Total Youth Biome Ampoule is well worth the cost because it is better than most serums that contain the same ingredients at a more reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend it!

This is a very nice serum that feels so lightweight on my skin but so hydrating. The scent is light and pleasant, not overpowering. The serum itself is unique- not oily or thick. It's not watery either. It just perfect enough to be absorbed by my skin and not leave a sticky residue. I use this at night and have had no breakouts or rashes and it hasn't had any adverse effects with my other skincare products.
