This arrived double boxed, both of which were heavily reinforced with tape. It's contents we're well secured and protected using custom molded polystyrene and foam sheets. The user manual has plenty of information, a parts list and a section that says " installation", but no assembly instructions could be found. There was a separate card within the plastic accessories bag that said "assembly & installation" but it was referring specifically to how the eyewash sign attaches to the eyewash station. Not actual assembly. So, it is essentially a puzzle, and the only reference is the exploded diagram that identifies the parts and how many millimeters they are from the ground. Step-by-step instructions with diagrams illustrating each step is my preferred format and is universally accepted. That being said, this eyewash station appears to be constructed of quality material. I inspected the welds and they all appear to be consistent in strong. The components that are plastic are strong durable. Not the flimsy stuff that I have dealt with in the past.
