It is a very good ketchup, better than all I have used. The texture is similar to the tomato paste pizza restaurants in Italy have which is freshly made but without sugar and it tastes yum. If the sweetness could be reduced by approx a third then the taste of tomatoes would be enhanced. Hence the 4 stars.
