But lately Huy Fong had run into some issues with its chilli pepper supplier and had a set back, they said Huy Fong is done, no more Sriracha. But they came back better than before, and the new batches of these sauces are still the best, better than ever if I might add. Its the right amount of spice which doesn't hurt your tummy and also its delicious. You can fry rubber tube and dip it in Huy Fong Sriracha it will still taste amazing. It's that good. I bought 3 bottles of this in India from 2 different online seller. 1 bottle is from SABLOK INTERNATIONAL FOODS LLP, although this is a good seller, I don't know if desertcart packed it for them or they did their own packing, but the packing was not enough, its a plastic bottle inside, more bubble wrap would have helped, since it didn't have enough bubble wrap, it got dented during transit and the sauce leaked inside the package sadly. I know how precious this sauce is, world wide and I can't imagine them wasted like that. I sent photos to desertcart and only asked for a replacement, but they refunded me instead. I have nothing against SABLOK INTERNATIONAL FOODS LLP, I just wondered and wished they pack their future orders more carefully so they don't get damaged. I still have the damaged sauce bottle, and I cannot get myself to throw it in the trash, it comes from California, very rare these days. I reluctantly use a spoonful from time to time. The other 2 bottles I ordered from ONLINEGURU seller. The package was top notch, they put more bubble wraps, wrapped around the bottles, they even taped the cap so it doesn't get twisted in transit and break away. Very thoughtful. All these 3 bottles have long expire until the end of 2025. But I am positive these sauces can last more than 4 years in room temperature. One thing is, SABLOK INTERNATIONAL FOODS LLP, the damaged one, it was cheaper than ONLINEGURU. I saved 100 rupees buying it f rom SABLOK INTERNATIONAL FOODS LLP. ONLINEGURU seller is a bit more expensive, 100Rs more, but they pack it so well and secure, I think its worth spending 100 rs more to get an undamaged item.
