Review: Low power consumption - I bought this for my family, I received the product. My first impression was the product is white and very light weight. I carefully unboxed the item and plugged it. I was a bit surprised when I plugged it in. Because there are two heat rods that are meant to get hot and radiate heat, but only 1 was working. I got the money back within 4 hours of the item return(courtesy of desertcart). The product is very good, with missing 1 of the 2 heat rods it was radiating goot ammount of heat. 2 heat rods would be a very perfect for me. This type of incident OFFTEN happens with product, they are not intentional. As you can see I got my return fairly quickly.
