It could be that the downward travel of your door needs to be re-adjusted because you installed a new weather seal. The downward (and upward) travels are adjustable with screws on the head unit. Try adjusting the downward travel to slightly less that it is now. Start with about ¼ turn of that screw, then test the door to see if it stays closed. I recommend that you cut off a piece of the old seal and measure it carefully. The dimensions to have to match exactly, but you want to be sure you order the correct size. Also, clean the track and use a silicone spray to lubricate the seal before you install it. That will make installation much easier.
