This one is hands-down much better!The safety trigger on the Heimerdinger heat gun will take a little getting used to, but I can really appreciate that it won’t accidentally get turned on in the back of my truck, etc.This tool heats quickly and works great for my intended use, which is applying adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing.As with the other Heimerdinger tools I own, this feels solidly built with quality material. I love having cordless tools for jobs like this because I often do work "in the field" where it is difficult or impossible to get a cord run for AC power.
